Done with Rush, Go-Cart time!

        This Fall 2011, TKE Xi-Iota chapter got 28 guys at rush! Thanks to the leadership and organization of the Rush Chairman, Jonathan Castro. Now that rush is over, the new member period will begin and they will be on their journey to join the other 252,000 teke brothers around the world! Following that, on September 28th 2011, Xi-Iota celebrated its success at rush and always strengthening brotherhood by going go-carting at Lil’ 500. Though slightly wet and rainy, the brothers had a great time racing and sliding all over the track. Vince Keating and Tyler Swonger came out on top as the best drivers of the night, congratulations to them! It was a great time as always having fun with the brothers and we are looking forward to our next brotherhood event!

UCF: IM 4v4 Golf Scramble

On September 9th 2011, UCF had an IM 4v4 golf tournament hosted by Deer Run Golf Club. Xi Iota had a team of four brothers enter the scramble and come out with a tie for 7th place! The team consisted of Marco Fanelli, Andrew Lee, Brad Leininger, and Brandon Bachman. They did tremendously well during the tournament and even better in the longest drive contest where Andrew Lee came in 1st! Congratulations! Good job guys, best of luck in your next golf performance.
